This policy explains what information PW Fitness collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need to run the Service and to help you reach your goals.

Account information — your name, email and sign-in identifier (for example, via Google Sign-In).

Fitness & health inputs you provide — such as height, weight, goals, workouts completed, steps, water, and diet preferences. You choose what to log.

Usage & device data — basic technical information needed to operate the app securely and reliably, such as app version and coarse request metadata.

Feedback — if you contact us through the support form, we store your message and any contact details you include so we can respond.

To provide and personalise your workouts and diet plan, track your progress, secure your account, respond to your feedback, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

Your data is stored in our managed MongoDB database and processed on secure infrastructure. Access is restricted and protected by authentication, encryption in transit, and administrative controls.

We use trusted providers to operate the Service — for example Google for sign-in and cloud infrastructure for hosting and media delivery. These providers process data only as needed to perform their function.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data.

You can review and update the information you provide in the app, and you may request access to or deletion of your data. To make a request, contact us via the support page.

PW Fitness is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age where you live). We do not knowingly collect data from children below that age.

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
