These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the PW Fitness mobile application and this website (together, the “Service”), operated by PW Fitness. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

PW Fitness provides general fitness and nutrition information for educational purposes. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Consult your doctor before beginning any exercise or diet program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury. You are responsible for exercising within your own limits.

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to use the Service under the laws of your country (at least 13, or the minimum age where you live).

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, manipulate progress, rewards or leaderboards, upload unlawful or harmful content, or access data that isn't yours. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

The Service, including its workout library, plans, designs and branding, is owned by PW Fitness and its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may use it for your personal, non-commercial fitness journey. Content you submit (such as feedback) may be used to operate and improve the Service.

Some coaching content or courses may be offered for a fee in future. Where a purchase is available, the price, scope and any refund terms will be shown at the point of purchase.

We may update the Service and these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. You may stop using the Service at any time; we may suspend or end access where these terms are breached or where required by law.
